Price of used sprinters seem high

I’ve found two potential Sprinters I’m checking out tomorrow but I was wondering why all the vehicles I see for sale are anywhere from $5K-$15K higher than what Kelly Blue Book or Edmunds says for perfect condition.
I know the market is probably hot for gently used 170 extended sprinters but just people are asking that much doesn’t mean they’re getting it. Any thoughts on this for people that maybe have been familiar with prices more than I have the past month?
Are these things selling that fast? I’ll still try to negotiate a lower price if I decide I want to buy it but I’m wondering if I’m being silly since there may be a long list of people behind me willing to pay the higher price. Any wisdom is appreciated. Thanks.

With the newer vehicles having more & more problems, the older ones are retaining their value better.
