Partition Or Not to Partition

Hello All,

Converting a 2500 RAM ProMaster 159 High Roof. I can’t decide if I should partition access to the bulkhead or leave it open. I will have the use of the passenger seat, if I leave it open, however, is it worth it, or better to use real estate for kitchen or seating space?

Any pros or cons in your experience?

I want unobstructed access to the drivers seat at all times. The best way out of trouble is to quickly drive away from it.
