Hello! I’m 2 months into van life and came across this forum so I thought I’d join in. I typically spent 1-6 months at a time traveling internationally but was looking for something with less paperwork for my cat that travels with me so I decided to start van life after my lease ended.
It’s been great so far but looking forward to meeting new people in the various cities I’m visiting. I’m finding it difficult to find free/cheap things to do where I can meet people so I’ll be searching through this forum for any suggestions. While I’m mostly city camping (stealth camping?) I’d also like to find some nice spots with a view, which is harder to do on the East Coast.
Traveling through the East Coast through the end of the year and will be alternating spending a month or so at a time in Florida and the DMV area.
