Introduce Yourself…
Hey Ya’all Brock & Kimberly here in SanDiego. We’ve had a 2014 Ram Promaster 2500 eco diesel high roof for 2 years. Still converting it. We are doing it 100% DIY. As in, no help from an experienced or pro carpenter or plumber etc. We are both not very experienced although I am (kimberly) damn near an electrician after watching all those helpful diy videos and pulling off a 200 lithium battery install w/ 305 watts and a 2000 Victron inverter. All Victron battery monitor, solar charge controller & 2000 watt inverter. Needless to say we’ve been building it out some then watching videos, then deciding to tear it down and starting it again. We planned to live in it full time but once the pandemic hit we sort of froze. We will start to travel sooner than later and eventually move into it once it’s 100-% done with all the comforts of home. Shower, potty, heater and fridge are the 4 things keeping us from officially moving in. slowly but surely we are getting things done. Hope everyone has been enjoying their van and can’t wait to meet up with some local vanners…
