LPG tank fitting

Hi

I have a Merced’s sprinter LWB 2012 and have started on conversion. I have fitted the fresh water tank to the space in front of the spare wheel and the waste tank to the space behind the drivers sill. I now want to fit an LPG tank for the cooker and heater however all the systems I seam to find say that it need to be fitted to the place where the waste tank is. Has anybody else had this problem and how did you overcome it? Can a tank be fitted in the rear wheel arches?

I’ve never heard that a propane tank needs to be in any specific location, only that if you’re doing it right it needs to be sealed off from the interior and vented to the outside.

I guess they could be some kind of pre-made systems with pipes already cut to certain length.
