Hi, Kranky here. Currently living in southern Wisconsin and decided to take the plunge on what has been years pineing for the adventure that comes with van life. I’m a DIY’er about to buy a 170 extended Sprinter. Looking forward to engaging with others who can save me time and money making mistakes and how to make the most out of this!

Welcome!
I prefer older, much more reliable, & repairable motor homes from the mid 1970’s. Cheaper & better in so many ways.
I buy them for under $2500, put 50k-100k trouble free miles on them, then resell them for usually more than I paid for them.
The Dodge engines in those old motorhomes are darn near bullet proof, and cheap & easy to repair if needed.
Just my 2¢.
