Hello! I am looking for any appliances (fridges, stoves, ovens, sinks, etc) in SOCAL. I wanted to check out the used sector before I bought anything new. Any suggestions for other platforms would be greatly appreciated!

Wrecking yards are a great resource for used RV parts.
For a camper van, I prefer no built ins. A camp stove, a folding oven, dishpans for sinks & spray bottles for water delivery, and an ice chest. If you keep everything portable, it is usable both indoors and outdoors without the need for duplication.
If you build stuff in, it’s a royal pain if you decide you want a different layout. If it’s portable, it’s a simple matter of rearranging your furniture.
