Hey Friends, I’m Amanda! I’ve been in my van over a year now and mostly travel around the southern and southwestern states. I wonder if there is an app or website (that’s not Facebook) where I can check in and see who else is in an area so we can link up and get drinks or something. Also, sometimes it’s nice to park next to another van at night for safety reasons. Is that a thing?

I have the Sekr app downloaded. It shows campsites and details similar to iOverlander or the Dyrt but there is also a social part to it too. You can see other campers in the area and I think you can message people. Honestly, I have never used the messaging or social features so can’t offer any first hand info there other than just seeing it in the app.
