Hi we are wanting to put insulation in the walls then put the thin plywood back over it any suggestions please

Some people swear by insulation, and many more swear at it. Regardless of your choice, just be aware that staying comfortable requires adequate heating/cooling equipment. Insulation is optional and won’t keep you comfortable by itself.
