I just wanted to get a conversation going to see what people’s experiences were with injury prevention and recovery while living the nomadic life. I’m sure most of you, like me, love the life because of the freedom and opportunity for adventure.
With all the activities readily available from hiking or rock climbing, to skiing and snowboarding, but without the constant access to a gym or a brick-and-mortar physical therapy clinic, what are ways you stay physically prepared for your activities of choice and what have your experiences been (if any) with access to rehab (musculoskeletal) for any injuries you’ve dealt with along the way?
