Having the hookups on our homestead in Ohio we decided to buy a camper last winter to host someone & just help them get back up in life. So we did, really enjoy it, but the camper was a mess and falling apart.
So we built a micro-apartment for the girl we’re hosting, she moved in a week ago, and we had the camper gone the same day.
So now we have a full setup & are thinking someone could use the site, so long as we’re not responsible for the unit.
Campers are kinda an eyesore on this beautiful 10acres, but a van wouldn’t be as intrusive…?
So we’re thinking about opening it up for van-lifers, but would like to barter some help for the spot. It would have to be females only, as I’m not having any guy around the farm while I’m at work… I don’t think anyone can argue that one.
We would like to offer it to someone it can help out vs a trust fund baby on holiday.
Thoughts? (pl don’t say Craigslist lol)

We are Quaker, and plan to turn this 5th generation homestead into a sisters boarding house of sorts, that offers affordable micro apartments for those that just can’t make it out in the world.
Please share your thoughts on how to list/promote such a listing for such a tenant
