How do I upload a pic to replace that lame "J"

Haha good way to put it.

Simply hit the lame J on the top right of your screen. (Aka your profile icon),

then click the person looking icon in the top right of that menu (which represents your profile,

finally, click Preferences, and you will be able to change your display picture and other things there
