Hello- I am tying to decide on the Height and Width for my Galley/Counter area ( MB Sprinter 170 wb, 3500) it will be approximately 7 feet long on (US) passenger side - Hope to put sink in door area – what do most build use for this? I have only found 1 YouTuber that mentioned his 1 time.
So curious what is a norm? Thanks

Typical kitchen counter height is 35"-36" and depth is 24"-26".
In vans/buses I put the height at the bottom of the window line, and keep the depth down to 18".
