As of yesterday we are officially homeless. Spent our first night in the van with the pooches and are currently hooked up outside a relatives. Will be taking our first trip from Charleston, SC to Greenville, SC on Friday. She’s an '83 so hopefully it will be a smooth ride. Still outfitting the van, but we have all of our necessities on hand. Wish us luck!

Vans from the 70’s and 80’s were among the best vans ever built. Properly maintained they will run darned near forever with very few problems. The marvels and benefits of the pre-electronic mechanical engines should never be underestimated.
