Electricity from Ecoflow Delta Pro

Hi all -

I am in The Netherlands and I am building out a Sprinter 3500 170" extended van. my Ecoflow Delta Pro is a European model. It has a 3600w battery and inverter and it has 6 USB outlets and 4 AC outlets wired for Continental European plugs.

I have all the parts to wire this up through an Anderson power pole with clips/12AWG etc. It can connect to an Anderson pole and distribute electricity through it… But, in thinking about it - do you think I could take advantage of all those outlets and just run an extension cord with outlets to the areas of the van where I need them? My needs are minimal - laptop, iphone, a light or two at night. The most draw will come from an induction cooktop that is energy efficient and a 12v refrigerator.

Are there extension cords (weights/sizes/?) that are designed to handle heavy loads that might provide an extra safety factor? We’re on 220 here so I want to err on the side of over-caution…

Thanks in advance…
