I have heard people say that they prefer a passenger van because there are walls and insulation behind them already.
Does anyone know if this is accurate - and - regardless of what the OEM might have installed, would you pull the walls off and reinsulate?

Passenger vans are typically made to keep the passengers comfy. I just remove the rear seats, and keep the floor/walls/ceiling intact. Never been disappointed. If the carpet is soiled, I’ll clean it, but I always put washable throw rugs over it anyway.
The seat attachment points are great for securing beds, cabinets, and more too.
