I’ve been doing fan video about van life at the motion graphics course and now I am at the stage of analyzing the target audience. I need to implement the most important things, values, objects that represents van life.

So, what I am asking for is to just answer some questions:

  1. Where do you poop, pee, & shower?
  2. Power.
  3. Climate control, ventilation, & moisture control.
  4. Other amenities. (Comfortable seating, bed, kitchen, storage, etc.)
  5. Leaks.

What situations are common in this kind of lifestyle?

  1. Lack of enough power.

  2. Lack of a bathroom.

  3. Lack of good climate control.

  4. Heavy builds & poor layouts.

  5. Lack of comfortable seating.

  6. Lack of backup plans & equipment.

  7. Lack of good emergency funds.

  8. Lack of proper planning.

  9. Poor vehicle choices.

  10. Poor amenities choices.

  11. Spending way more than necessary.

  12. Not exploring all your options first, motorhomes, step vans, skoolies, shuttle buses, etc.

  13. Being conned into a DIY project, when there are better and cheaper options.

  14. Only buy locally, and things that are easily replaceable almost anywhere.
