Greetings
I am new here, from Canada, thinking of building a camper van so I can live in full time. I’ve had enough of renting from disordered, greedy landlords especially in toronto area!
I am looking for buying a cargo van like E-series, chevy or similar. Not sure yet. However, once I get the van I have the following questions:
Question:
- What material would I choose to make wall panels quickly and fully removeable for easy access to underneath (maybe to add wires, insulation etc) the panels or to totally get rid of them wall panels so If I need to resell it as a regular cargo van?
- What materials or methods would I need to use? Maybe use the existing studs/wall mounts in the van to do this?
Thanks!
Are you trying to build out a van, installing cabinets, etc or doing no-build setup with temporary stuff at first?
Greetings
Thanks for reply
At this point I am not 100% sure but I am doing early research before buying a van and all the materials.
Right now I am more concerned about what I originally posted which is here:

Can you tell me more about what I posted?
I asked because the answer to your question depends on it. If you are doing truly temporary walls with a no build just to try things out and see if you even like it, its one thing, much easier to make temp walls quick using stuff like velcro or tape to hang wall drapery. If you are building, you’d likely need to do semi permanent walls, material wouldnt matter that much as soon as its lightweight sheet paneling and you dont glue things onto the van walls, you could attach things to light wood framing with screws. Snap buttons can also be used to attach light soft materials but now sure on strength
