Hello! Is anyone else experiencing issues with accessing the course videos (Shaiden’s specifically)? I’ve been very slowly doing my build for over a year and suddenly my access to the videos has become restricted. It now says “upgrade required”, even though I’m supposed to have the lifetime access to videos. Is this just me, or is anyone else having issues too?

Hey there! I thought it was this too. I updated it but nothing changed. I also tried logging in on several different devices but no luck. Here’s a screenshot of what shows up for me. Above the courses, it says “upgrade required.”
Hopefully the powers that be will reply soon…

Hey - I know this post was almost a year ago but did you get it fixed? I am just starting and experiencing similar issues and can’t get help from customer service. They responded once but now crickets. Any thoughts?
