We’re mid-50s and looking to transition into retirement by purchasing a nomadic setup and working remotely for a few weeks at a time, before transitioning to full-time retirement and vanlife. (we’re fortunate that our careers allow us the ability for short-term remote work). We rented a Ram Promaster for 2 weeks in Utah and fell in love with it so leaning towards a van, but looking at other options. Still in the research phase and currently our biggest questions are where to find used vans in good shape that don’t cost the same as our 1700 sq ft home.
