I am a disabled construction contractor/remodeler and roofer of 18 years. I specialized in high end Kitchens and Bathroom remodels and riding. I did all phases of construction though. I did work as an electrician part time for about 15 years, disabled now. Previously I spent about 10 years in the car business as a salesman and a manager for used car dealerships.

Now I play guitar and work on things, if I have the money.

I am in the process of trying to build a beach house to live in. In the beginning stage. I have partially converted the back of my truck to accommodate me while building my house, well, trying to build anyways. We will see how that goes.

I have owned about 5-6 RV’s and lived at an RV park for about 8 years. From living in RV’s and owning many different type, I do have some knowledge of how they are built and how they are wired and plumbed.

I have also owned about 4-5 boats and lived near the water most of my life.
