Retired just as Covid began in March 2020. My van is a 1997 Chevrolet Express 1500 with a 5.7 liter V8. It was a cargo van the original owner had professionally converted to a leisure travel van for his grandchildren to travel with them. I bought it from his son in 2017 to use for family road trips. My cousin invited me to the 2018 Rubber Tramp Rendezvous in Quartzsite, AZ, and I got interested in the camping trips with it. After retiring, I started small additions.
