I couldn’t find what are the regulations in europe regarding the seat belts in the back.
If we have two sofas facing each other( so, not facing the road) with seat belts. Would that be legal to put the kids while we are driving?

How many kids?
While I can’t speak for Euro regs, when I had numerous passengers I did a flip flop dinette, where the seat backs flipped so you could have facing seating, or flip them to have two forward facing seats. Then I put a sofa/bed across from it, so when folded down they made into 2 double beds with a narrow aisle between them. In the end we could seat 6 facing forward, and sleep six, and with the sofa we had seating for 7 between the sofa and dinette.
