Hello from Colorado! I am in process of ‘building’ out a super duty Ford van. The quotes around building are because I have limited skills, tools, space, etc. for actually building anything permanent in the van, but I am putting in flooring and bed, storage, etc. for longer camps. The goal is to eventually live in the van; I am moving out of my apartment soon and have no interest in paying rent for a while. $$$$
I have lived in several cars over the last 10 years, stealth camping while working full time and living life, but Covid killed my last expedition in my car. I did it for a while, but everything was so much harder to manage I ended it completely stressed out and frazzled. Now I have the van to be more comfortable and I hope to travel more once I move out.
